- Used a framework to reflect on current practice and identify opportunities to move toward doing “with”
- Illustrated what key stages of the Diversion process (i.e., Intake, panel to check-in meetings, closure) look like along a restorative continuum–from not yet restorative to high application.
- Identified and practiced using questions to draw out impact
- Develop/Select indicators of high application of Restorative Principles at key stages of the Diversion process
- Practiced applying what was learned in a mock panel process (not a role-play)
- Planned to collect data to know whether participants felt the principles were applied
- Action planning
