Green OMEGA, l3c provides training and consultation in restorative justice philosophy and practices.
Restorative justice programs and practices have achieved positive outcomes in the juvenile and criminal justice systems, in educational institutions, and increasingly in the workplace. Restorative justice practices—circles, conferencing and other dialogue models—work to bring stakeholders together to clarify what happened, discuss the impact of an event, and what steps can be taken to repair the harm. They have been proven to increase satisfaction among individuals who participate in the process and have a high level of success in terms of completing agreements determined in the collaborative process.
